High-performance flat suction cups with textured surface for the deformation-free grasping of thin sheets. Optimum positioning of oily sheets due to anti-slip support ribs. These flat suction cups are extremely slip-resistant during high accelerations and are weight-optimised and therefore particularly suitable for robotic applications.

The vulcanised-on fasteners ensure a secure and tight fit.

These flat suction cups are suitable for handling sheet metals, glass and plastics in the sheet metal forming, body shop, glass handling and assembly fields.

The material NBR is characterised by excellent oil and temperature resistance up to +160 °C as well as high abrasion resistance.

Forces F1 and F2:
The forces specified in the table refer to a 65% vacuum on dry sheet metal with a smooth, flat surface, without any safety factor.

Internal volume:
Corresponds to the volume that must be evacuated during the suction cycle. This volume must be taken into account for the total volume of the grasping system and thus by calculating the suction duration.
